Thank you for shopping with MotorFixx. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for physical products purchased from our website.
Returns Eligibility
MotorFixx accepts returns of physical products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The product must be in the original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Contact us at support@motorfixx.com to request a return. Include your order number and reason for the return.

We will provide instructions and a return address.

Ship the item securely; we are not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@motorfixx.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
