Thank you for shopping with MotorFixx. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship physical repair manuals purchased from our website.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order is processed, it will be prepared for shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a separate notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Locations
MotorFixx ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders currently receive free standard shipping within the U.S. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volume.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Any additional charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
Lost or Delayed Packages
MotorFixx is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact us at support@motorfixx.com, and we will assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. MotorFixx is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.
